When I made a decision to re-finance my home, I spoke to 6 different companies to see where I could get the best financing. John Sprengnether was one of the first to respond and he answered all my questions professionally, and seemed very honest and said he would get back to me with more information. I immediately liked his demeanor, and caring attitude about my situation, and felt he was truly going to respond. The five other companies I spoke to were very generic, and I did not get the feeling they would be working for “me” to get the best deal. Later that same day, John responded and I told him what the “other” companies had to offer, and even though it was lower, John said he would get back to me the next day. He said what he meant, and meant what he said. I liked that in him right away. I truly felt he was working for me, and that he would get me the best deal available. (He made the statement to me that he really wanted to work with me and get the contract.) When he called me the next day, he said he could match the lowest offer I had from another company. That’s all I needed to hear, and I was elated to continue working with John. He told me what I needed to get ready and met with me at my home to get the necessary papers.. (I am 84 years old and that service was greatly appreciated) When it was time to close, he scheduled the closing at my home. All of the papers were signed and I have been notified that my first payment is due in August. I will certainly recommend John and USA Mortgage to my friends, & family. By the way, I’m still waiting for 2 of the 6 companies i spoke to, to get back to me. After 1 or 2 calls, they left me hanging. Thanks, John, you are the “greatest”
